Meet Jennifer Murchison
Jennifer Murchison is a former Chief Academic Officer turned executive business consultant with over 17 years of experience leading large-scale organizations, developing leaders, and driving systemic transformation.
Before launching The Murchison Consulting Group, Jennifer managed $14 million in federally compliant Title I allocations with 100% compliance, engineered an 86% reduction in student dropout rates at a Houston ISD campus, and turned around a school rated failing for 11 straight years to a "B" in 8 months.
She now applies the same diagnostic rigor — the one that turns failing schools into thriving ones — to Black women entrepreneurs who are ready to stop guessing and start scaling.
